Clear instructions is a good way of cutting down customer service calls

Different companies operate in different ways for their customers to gain popularity.  For example on all of the products available to buy from Samsung always come with a guarantee and also full Samsung Instructions.  They are written clearly for the customer to follow and also have help available if you need to call the number for any problems that arise in using the product you have purchased.  Some companies do not have clear instructions in their product packages making it hard for the customer to understand and making it difficult for the elderly.  If only all companies would follow in the footsteps of Samsung, it would make it much easier for the buyer of their goods.
