There are a plethora of causes of lower back pain right side. Some pain can be associated with a kidney stone that is passing through your system or possibly a pulled muscle. Kidney stones have pretty specific indications. Other pain can be caused from pinching a sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve runs through most of your body and can affect other areas. This kind of pain can be quite debilitating and should be treated immediately. Personally, I wouldn’t hesitate to see a doctor to receive a diagnosis.
