Simplify Your Ab Workout

If cardio and aerobic exercise is not doing the trick for your abs then you may have to re-tool your approach to the way you train your abs.  Youare going to have to train your abs the same way you train the rest of your body parts.  You are going to have to find exercises that will stress your abs and give you the most range of motion.  So I started going over my abdominal workouts and found that the best exercises in my routine where haning leg raises, and swiss ball crunchs.  So I added resistence to them and quickly started to see results.
