Army Supervised Military DITY Move

People move themselves from one place to another all the time. This is especially the case with military officers. People in the military have to move around a lot rather most of the time. Moving from one place to another is often very tiresome and it is also very costly when you have to pay movers and moving companies to help you transport your stuff. The people in the military are therefore given many options regarding how and where they can move their stuff. One is the option of moving by letting the government or the army itself hires staff and movers to move all your stuff from your former house to the new location.

This is the way most military personnel prefer to get shifted. It’s easier, no one has to keep a check on things and at the end the only thing you have to do is drive to your new house. The army appoints their own staff to watch over and administer the movers. Along with that each military personnel is given a time to relax if they wish to take it.

The second manner by which military people sometimes move is known as the military DITY move. A military DITY move is actually known as the do it yourself move. This military DITY move allows military personnel to move their own stuff at their own pace and with their own equipment. For the military DITY move each person is given a certain time period and also given a small allowance. If the person is not given an allowance for the military DITY move he is then reimbursed for the entire amount that is spent.

No matter which way military personnel would prefer to move, be it the army arranged move or the military DITY move. No amount of added expense is drawn by the military personnel. The payments are made through the governments cost fund.
