P2P User Acts and Ares

Thanks to the the new Informed P2P User Act, unauthorized users or those who are not the owner of the computer cannot induced an owner or an authorized user to make their protected files available to another computer. By law, consent must be given in order for this process to take place. A reasonable and effective way to disable the program must be available such as what Ares offers. Protected computers are government entities and financial institutions. In the past, people have unknowingly exposed their tax returns, social security numbers, and medical records. This prevents users from mistakenly doing harm to themselves.
