The Lixit Heavy Glass Water Bottle
My birds have always been bottle trained using a Lixit water bottle. The Lixit bottles are well known for their superior quality and construction. They are available in economy glass, heavy glass, and plastic. Personally i prefer the wide mouth plastic bottle. Sometime my birds can be a bit excited and rough inside their cage. Should they knock the water bottle loose, it will just bounce to the ground. The heavy glass bottles are also very sturdy and can have the tubes and stoppers replaces just by purchasing a kit for a fraction of the price of buying a whole new bottle.
